Will it know my local labor rates and material pricing?
You set your blended labor rate, overhead, markup, and company defaults. TradeBid uses your inputs and current pricing context to build the first pass, and you can override any line before sending.
What if the plans are bad scans or handwritten sketches?
Upload the best file you have. TradeBid can work from PDFs, photos, scans, and typed scope notes. If a plan is unclear, the bid includes assumptions and editable line items instead of hiding the uncertainty.
Does this replace my estimator?
No. It makes one owner, PM, or estimator move faster. You still review the scope, tune the margin, and decide what gets sent.
