Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel to prevent future renewals. Access remains available through the paid period unless checkout states otherwise. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a charge was made in error.

Bid credits and failures

If a paid bid-generation request fails before producing usable output because of a TradeBid technical error, we will investigate and may restore the credit or issue a refund. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
